Único

Exceptional micro batch that has truly unique flavor profiles, whose producers are extremely dedicated.

​Typically they:

  • Score of 87 or + points

  • Are from 1 to 25  bags

Expected cupping notes: Fruity, Floral, Elegant, Complex and Exotic.

Our products are classified based on coffee tasting scores in the SCA Protocol  in sensory profile, traceability and producing region.

Terroir

Refined flavor profile of a micro-region that also has neighboring producers in this region with small lots.

  • Score from 84 to 85.25 points

  • Are from 100 to 320 bags

Expected cupping notes: Sweet, Clean, Balanced, Good Blend, Solid.

Regional

A larger region that concentrates the several profiles of the traditional flavors of each sector in the country.

Typically they:​

  • Score from 81 to 83.75

  • Are from 100 to 640 bags

We use all the coffee we buy, which means that besides the standard 16 & up Screen Size prepared for exportation, we also process 14/15 screens and grinders, which are generally sold internally, based on the market price.
