Upon entering Gram Cerri, the Coffee goes on to classification and tasting, being rigorously analyzed by “BSCA” and “Q Grader” tasters.
Each grain is respectfully valued, as it is the result of the entire team's dedication that we're going to put in the cup.
As a result of the splendid work achieved over the years, we are getting coffees with Chocolate, Floral and Red Fruit notes, with a pleasant acidity and an excellent body, Coffee for the most demanding connoisseurs, all achieved by excellent teamwork.
Each Lot is carefully stored and identified, where it remains until the boarding.
